benjamin button.

I'm still on winter break. I have more time on my hands that I had originally anticipated. I've been picking up more hours at work, (I'm basically full time for another two weeks) yet I still have all these hours in my day that need to be filled. I've been watching a lot of movies, mostly oldies on the television; I enjoy it though because it reminds me of my childhood. The latest new movies I've seen were Gran Torino, and the Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Gran Torino was okay. I didn't expect it to be that type of movie, but nevertheless I enjoyed it. Clint Eastwood is still amazing. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button I really enjoyed. I thought going into it I may fall asleep because I was told it was nearly 3 hours long. Nope. The entire time, I was excited to see what would happen next. I'd be surprised if Brad Pitt doesn't receive some type of nomination. Golden globe? I dont know. I thought he did a great job at being old though haha. and damn...when they made him younger in the movie...I couldn't believe it. I think thats one of the main reasons I was so anxious, I wanted to see how far they would take it. (how young they would make him) Overall, great movie, must see...Blanchett was great too. Much prettier than she was in Babel hah.
