nothing amazingly exciting happened today. But I still haven't smoked. 4 days, thats pretty impressive. I think thats why I'm sick now...my body isn't used to having clean lungs. It's like my body needs a cigarette. A few more days and that urge that I still have to light up should be gone completely...time will tell
