Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

I had no idea what this movie was about until now. I've also heard nothing but great things about it. So I just watched it...obviously. And I really enjoyed it. I must admit...I was completely lost at first...but as the movie progressed...I thought to myself...GENIUS! Really, the entire concept is bizarre and somewhat mind boggling. It was in the comedy section at Blockbuster...and for the first 20-30 minutes I didn't laugh once. I thought DRAMA for sure. But once I realized what they were trying to get at...it became funny to me. I watched it super late...and laughed out loud a couple times. I'm surprised I didn't wake anyone. Definitely a great movie...and extremely original. I think thats why I enjoyed it so much. It was unpredictable, and kept me wide awake the entire time. All-star cast. I actually can't go to sleep now and it's past 2 in the morning.

Plot: A couple undergo a procedure to erase each other from their memories when their relationship turns sour, but it is only through the process of loss that they discover what they had to begin with.
