I've been in COOK MODE lately. I love cooking I just usually don't have the time. My father has Italian Cuisine down, and my mother knows all the Filipino dishes. Gradually I'm picking up from both of them. People consistently ask me which I like better, Italian food or Filipino food. I'm unable to respond. I'm torn. I'm divided. It just depends on the day I guess. I've come up with some wicked combos despite the fact. And my friends think it's outrageous and unappetizing. RICE, W/ SPAGHETTI SAUCE, AND CHEESE. "ewwwwww" says the average person. What can I say I'm torn between two cultures. Anyways, I'm still learning the tricks of the trade, and one of these days I'll be a culinary genius.
Here we have Mezzi Rigatoni smothered with a creamy Alfredo sauce, all tossed with fresh mushrooms and garlic. I do confess, I put a little too much salt in the water...note to self.
