I did not smoke a cigarette today.  I wanted one real bad right after lunch, but I was able to resist.  I just kept saying to myself, all day, "I AM A NON-SMOKER."  I heard that if you're able to quit for a week, you're able to quit for good.  The last time I tried cold turkey (not the meat hah) I went 3 days, gave up, and chain smoked for like an hour.  I will let you know tomorrow if I have a smoke...and I'll be honest, I promise.
