If I could describe this film with one word, it would be PASSIONATE. Juan Martinez is an absolute playa. But its rather ironic because he really is a geniune guy. In no way, shape or form is he ever an asshole in this movie. Instead, he is the perfect gentleman. The line of the movie that gets you to think is..."only unfulfilled love can be romantic." This I believe holds true because there is always the possibility of something new and different to come into the relationship. One of the main characters...VICKY...is about to get married...and have the "happy ending"...according to society. By that I mean...financially stable/white picket fence/blah blah blah blah blah. She quickly learns that even though she's wanted the fairy tale her entire life...that "the happy ending" is absolute garbage without true passion. One night with "Juan the playa" really showed her what love really is. Kinda makes you think. Watch this movie, really. If you don't watch it for its message to society about love, watch it because the girls are sexy. hah.
