the countdown BEGINS

I picked up my cap and gown today.  I would have done a back flip at the booth but I don't know how.  I think now is a good a time as any to start a countdown.

17 days until I graduate from COLLEGE!

SOON.

APRIL 17TH.

Today was insane.  My group and I shot 3 videos for our senior experience project.  3 videos that we had to make for our company sponsor.  These videos were shot at my dads work.  I owe my dad big time for letting us do such a thing.  We spent 5 hours, (from 9am-2pm) shooting videos on what we hope to be the ticket to gradation.  Honestly...it's virtually impossible to fail this class...BUT...we feel the day didn't go as well as it could have.  [ash ses harro]  But in the end...my group...along with myself...joined my dad for pitchers and pool at the local bar.  FOLLOWED BY...everyone gathering at my house for the "STRIKEFORCE" fight.  Not as exciting as we expected...but nevertheless, good times.  Melissa...where you sleepin' tonight???????????????? LOL

50 Egg Dishes

Sometimes when at work I pass the time by reading magazines.  Most of the time I pay attention to GQ and Maxim.  Rarely do I pay attention to the Food Network Magazine.  However, I checked it out, and came across this booklet inside called "50 Egg Dishes."  I'm an egg FREAK! ... so I had to have it.  NO...I DONT INTEND TO COOK ALL 50!  Theres actually a few in the booklet that I disagree with.  But a majority of them sound super dank.  I guess I'll just cook the ones that appeal to me whenever time permits.

NO. 36  Nest Egg
Cut a round out of a slice of bread; toast the bread in a nonstick skillet with butter.  Crack an egg into the hole, add salt and pepper, cover and cook until the white sets.

summer is right around the corner...

Just a few things I'm looking forward to this summer, in no particular order.

It's been a little while. I must say, I've actually been keeping up with school. Busy I am. Today I'm stoked. I just finished my last case analysis for my strategic management class. At the beginning of the semester I was dreading the fact that we had to get randomly called on and drilled in front of the whole class, 8 TIMES! No more of that. My group and I also finished a 15 - page paper over these last few days. BIG LOAD OFF THE CHEST. Tonight I think I'll challenge my dad to a game of pool. And win I shall.
