breaking the ICE.

Today it begins.  60 days with NO ALCOHOL.  Yesterday was my birthday so I went all out.  Drank LIKE A FISH.  My last HOO-RAH!  I shall start the INSANITY program as soon as I get it burned to DVD.  The next 2 months are gonna be rough.
